Upendra Dattatraya Kulkarni

Co-Founder & Director
Upendra is a consummate, first-generation Hotelier and entrepreneur with many accolades. He is a post-graduate in Hospitality Business Management with more than 2 decades of international and domestic experience in Operations & Management. Climbing the career ladder Upendra worked for some of the best major multinational, upscale hotel brands like Hilton Hotels, NH Hotels in England, and SHREPL in India. He had been part of the task force for budget, luxury & heritage hotel projects such as Radisson Hotel Group in England, KHIL in India. He has vast experience in opening Hospitality Assets. Apart from his business, Upendra enjoys being epicurean, a member/volunteer of a few notable non-profit organizations. His concerns are environmental pollution & clean water. His interests are theater, and martial arts. Upendra enjoys cycling, riding, and trekking and currently learning to play Trumpet & Bugle instruments.

Navin is the master of the hospitality operations. He comes forward as a genuine professional who had gone through topsy and Turvey in life. His experience is filled with challenging path and responsibilities. Sometimes we choose the path or path chooses you to go ahead in your career path. Something similar happened in Navin’s story…. hospitality industry chose him to take a step ahead and grow in hospitality industry. He found his interest in experimenting with spices during his initial phase and emerged as a Master of Hospitality industry. He is known and addressed as a chef, a facilitator, a unique thinker, a brand building mindset which is reason his career growth in hospitality industry stays exponential. Though it is complex hotel management operation, diverse catering methodology, risk at hospitality business, His team is expertise in dealing with challenging situation and deliver optimize solution for any business problem.
